Tournament details
9th Hrodna Riichi Christmas Tournament is an annual event hosted by Suiken Club.
Entry Fee
The entry fee is 80 BYN. We can accept cash only on the first day at the registration phase.
Prizes
Cup and prize for the 1st place, prizes for 2nd, 3rd and 4th places. Commemorative souvenirs for all participants.

Food
Meals are not included into the entry fee. Participants are provided with tea, cofee and snacks during the tournament.
There are 1 hour 20 minutes lunch break after the second session each day. A restaurant offering a wide selection of dishes is available at the venue.
Staying nearby
There is a Dzen Hotel&Hostel located directly at the venue.
Also there are various hotel and hostels located not far apart as the venue is 10-minute walk from the city center.
Plan your accommodation in advance! High demand is expected for the tournament dates at the city!
Scoring
Pantheon app will be used to track points. All necessary instructions will be provided prior to the start of the tournament.

Day 1:
- 9:20 — Registration
- 9:50 — Opening ceremony
- 10:00 - 11:30 — 1 hanchan
- 11:40 - 13:10 — 2 hanchan
- 13:10 - 14:30 — Lunch
- 14:30 - 16:00 — 3 hanchan
- 16:10 - 17:40 — 4 hanchan
Day 2:
- 10:00 - 11:30 — 5 hanchan
- 11:40 - 13:10 — 6 hanchan
- 13:10 - 14:30 — Lunch
- 14:30 - 16:00 — 7 hanchan
- 16:10 - 17:40 — 8 hanchan
- 17:40 - 18:00 — Awards ceremony
Registration
Registration for the tournament is currently CLOSED and will be available on October 15.
Upon reaching tournament capacity before December 12, all new entries will be signed up for the reserve list automatically.
The reserve list will stay open right up until the tournament, so a space could still open up even close to the date. We'll do our best to give as much notice as possible.
